Enjoy analyzing data and creating reports?

This position will be responsible for various project analysis and estimation procedures included, but not limited to: storm damage reports, aerial measurement reports, material take-offs, new construction estimates, and restoration estimates.

We are looking for an individual to build relationships with customers. Our Project Managers are responsible for generating leads through B2B relationships, canvassing, and customer referrals; as well as handling company provided leads. The Project Manager will meet with customers in need of roofing services and perform an assessment of their situation.

Duties include, performing storm damage inspections, presenting proposals to customers, guiding customer’s through insurance claim and roofing process, interacting with insurance adjusters, performing final job inspection and presenting work to customers.

Basic Qualifications:

·        Ability to interpret engineering blueprints

·        Experienced in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) tools and techniques

·        Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

·        Professional acumen

·        Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites and transport ladder and other inspection tools

Desired Skills:

·        Degree in architecture, civil engineering. construction management or related

·        Microsoft Office Suite

·        Experience in sales, construction, insurance, or Project Management

·        Familiar estimating activities

·        Use of basic hand tools: measuring tape, level gauge, telescoping ladder, and others
